Wilex raises EUR 10.1 million

Wilex AG (Xetra:WL6) raised EUR 10.1 million ($13.2 million) through the sale of 2.5 million shares at EUR 4.10 in a previously announced rights issue. The price is a 22% discount to Wilex's close of EUR 5.26 on July 16, the last trading day before the deal was announced. Shareholders were eligible to purchase two shares for every 13 held.
