Human Genome names Southwell CFO

Human Genome Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ:HGSI) hired David Southwell as EVP and CFO. Southwell, a Human Genome director since July 2008, was previously EVP and CFO of Sepracor Inc., which was acquired by Dainippon Sumitomo Pharma Co. Ltd. (Tokyo:4506; Osaka:4506) last year.
