ThromboGenics raises EUR 42.3 million

ThromboGenics N.V. (Euronext:THR) raised EUR 42.3 million ($63.3 million) through the sale of 2.6 million shares at EUR 16 in a private placement. The company proposed the offering on Monday, when its share price was EUR 16.90. Petercam was sole global coordinator, with Jefferies and KBC acting as joint bookrunners. ...
