PBIO (Cambridge, Mass.) said its patent infringement suit against Procordia AB's Pharmacia subsidiary and SEPR (Marlborough, Mass.) will be heard in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey decided to move Pharmacia's claims to the site of PBIO's suit in Massachusetts. ...
