In the wake of sexual harassment allegations, former Operation Warp Speed leader Moncef Slaoui has resigned as chairman of Vaxcyte Inc. (NASDAQ:PCVX) and as CSO and adviser at Centessa Pharmaceuticals Ltd., effective immediately.
