Kelly named CFO at Precision; plus EpimAb, TScan, Magenta, Tectonic and more

Precision BioSciences Inc. (NASDAQ:DTIL) named Alex Kelly CFO. Kelly joined the gene editing company as chief corporate affairs officer in October 2020 and has served as interim CFO since December. Shane Barton, VP and corporate controller, will serve as principal accounting officer.
