McCourt named CEO at Ironwood; plus Guardant, Fusion, PepGen and more

Thomas McCourt, president and interim CEO at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:IRWD), will become permanent CEO and a board member. Gina Consylman, SVP and CFO at the gastrointestinal disease company, will step down effective July 2.
