Freire leaving FNIH, Gottesman to leave DDIR job at NIH; plus AllianThera, Enanta, Autolus, T-Cypher, Opiant

Maria Freire will step down as president and executive director at the Foundation for the National Institute of Health in September. Freire assumed the role in 2012, making her the foundation’s longest-serving leader. David Wholley, the current SVP of research partnerships will be interim president and executive director as FNIH searches for a replacement.
