Passage Bio builds out C-suite

Gene therapy company  Passage Bio Inc. (NASDAQ:PASG) hired Maria Törnsén as chief commercial officer, Simona King as CFO and Mark Forman as CMO. Törnsén was SVP, general manager in the U.S. at Sarepta Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:SRPT); King, a 19-year veteran of Bristol Myers Squibb Co. (NYSE:BMY), was most recently CFO at Tmunity Therapeutics Inc.; and Forman was VP of translational medicine at Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:ACAD).
