Frazier joins General Catalyst as executive chairman of Health Assurance Initiatives

Kenneth Frazier, executive chairman and former CEO of Merck & Co. Inc. (NYSE:MRK), joined venture firm General Catalyst as chairman of Health Assurance Initiatives.
Brian McNamara, CEO of GSK Consumer Healthcare, a joint venture between GlaxoSmithKline plc (LSE:GSK; NYSE:GSK) and Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE), was named CEO designate of the pharma’s standalone consumer health business, which will be established in mid-2022. McNamara, who spent 16 years working in various roles at Procter & Gamble Co.
