Zymergen expands its C-suite

Zymergen Inc. (NASDAQ:ZY) hired Lincoln Germain as chief commercial officer and Subodh Deshmukh as chief development officer. Germain was VP and chief commercial officer of the advanced material business at Honeywell International Inc., and Deshmukh was global head of product development for Sandoz, the generics division of Novartis AG (NYSE:NVS; SIX:NOVN).

Ryoichi Tanaka became COO and head of business development at Telix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (ASX:TLX), which is developing diagnostic products and therapies using molecularly targeted radiation. Tanaka joins from Siemens Healthcare K.K. where he was head of medical policy and public affairs. Tanaka also serves as vice chair of the committee of R&D of the Japan Medical Imaging and Radiological Systems Industries Association, and as director of reimbursement of the European Business Council in Japan...
