Mehra joins Myovant as chief financial and business officer

Frank Karbe will step down as CFO of Myovant Sciences Ltd. (NYSE:MYOV) to pursue other opportunities. Uneek Mehra will succeed Karbe as chief financial and business officer on Sept. 7. Mehra joins from Pact Pharma Inc., where he was CFO.

Christopher Reidy will retire from his role as EVP and CFO at Becton Dickinson and Co. (NYSE:BDX).
