Europe’s top 13 biotech venture financings this year have raked in a combined $2B

European biotechs have collectively raised over $4.7 billion on 116 venture financings so far this year, making 2021 the second-biggest year in European history both for total venture dollars and number of financings, trailing only 2020’s $5.3B and 210 financings.
