Dana-Farber’s David Livingston dies at 80

David Livingston, the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School scientist, passed away unexpectedly last Sunday at the age of 80. Livingston is credited for his work on the tumor suppression genes Rb, p300/CBP, BRCA1 and BRCA2, which led to new approaches in breast and ovarian cancer.
