CEO Ford elected chairman at Abbott

Robert Ford, the CEO of  Abbott Laboratories (NYSE:ABT), is adding the chairman title. He succeeds Miles White, executive chairman and former CEO, who is stepping down from the board after 38 years with the company. 

Obesity and liver disease company Altimmune Inc. (NASDAQ:ALT) hired Richard Eisenstadt as CFO, effective Dec. 31, succeeding Will Brown who is leaving to become CFO and member of the executive committee of women’s health company ObsEva S.A. (NASDAQ:OBSV; SIX:OBSN). Eisenstadt joins Altimmune from Aytu BioPharma Inc. (NASDAQ:AYTU), where he was CFO after its merger with Neos Therapeutics Inc. in March. ...
