Lilly veteran Smiley to join Zai as COO

Former CFO of Eli Lilly and Co. (NYSE:LLY) Josh Smiley will become COO at Zai Lab Ltd. (NASDAQ:ZLAB; HKEX:9688) on Aug. 1. Smiley held various leadership roles at Eli Lilly over 26 years, but resigned in February last year after a misconduct investigation.
Carissa Rollins joined Illumina Inc. (NASDAQ:ILMN) as chief information officer. Rollins was previously chief information officer at UnitedHealth Group Inc. (NYSE:UNH) and vice president, enterprise information management at Kohl’s Corporation (NYSE:KSS). ...
