Denali co-founder, COO Schuth to take on CFO role

Denali Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:DNLI) co-founder and COO Alexander Schuth will take on the role of CFO and become chief operating and financial officer at the neurodegenerative disease company effective May 1, following the transition of CFO Steve Krognes to the board. Krognes said in a company statement that his desire to move back home to Europe was what motivated the change.
