Three teams used single-cell RNA sequencing methods to identify signatures of tumor-specific T cells and published the results in Cancer Cell.

A group led by Eric Tran at Providence Cancer Institute sequenced tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) from bile duct and pancreatic cancer patients.
