Manner becomes CEO of OraSure
Plus Afeyan to chair Rubius, Chroma adds Golumbeski to board, Maraganore as adviser

Diagnostics company OraSure Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:OSUR) named Carrie Manner CEO, effective June 4. Manner will join OraSure from Quest Diagnostics Inc. (NYSE:DGX), where she is SVP, advanced & general diagnostics clinical solutions. Prior to Quest, she worked at GE Healthcare for 20 years. Manner succeeds Nancy Gagliano, the interim CEO, who will remain on the board.
Rubius Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:RUBY) appointed Noubar Afeyan as chairman. Afeyan is founder and CEO of Flagship Pioneering, and co-founder and chairman of Moderna Inc. (NASDAQ:MRNA).
