Expanded role for Pfizer’s Allerton

Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) expanded the role of Head of Medicine Design Charlotte Allerton to include CSO for anti-infectives. Allerton, who has worked for the company for more than 16 years, co-led the discovery and development of Pfizer’s oral COVID-19 therapy.
Viridian Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:VRDN) hired Carrie Melvin as COO. Melvin was SVP of clinical development operations at X4 Pharmaceuticals Inc.
