5AM hires Anna Yaeger as head of public equities

5AM Ventures hired Anna Yaeger as partner, head of public equities. Yaeger was president and portfolio manager at Ally Bridge Group and portfolio manager at Point72 Asset Management, having begun her career at Goldman Sachs. The firm manages about $500 million in publicly traded securities.

Dendrimer therapeutics company Ashvattha Therapeutics Inc. hired Steve Maricich as CMO. Maricich was CMO at Calibr and Scripps BioVentures.
