New heads of commercial, legal at ADC

ADC Therapeutics S.A. (NYSE:ADCT) hired Kristen Harrington-Smith as chief commercial officer and Peter Graham as chief legal officer. Harrington-Smith, whose appointment is effective on Nov. 17, was chief commercial officer at ImmunoGen Inc. (NASDAQ:IMGN), and is a 21-year veteran of Novartis AG (SIX:NOVN; NYSE:NVS). Graham was EVP, general counsel at Antares Pharma Inc., which was acquired by Halozyme Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:HALO) in May.
