Sixteen biopharmas raised $1.5 billion in follow-ons in November, with 45% of the total coming from a trio pricing postmarket on the last day of the month.
The last minute hat trick, by Iveric Bio Inc. (NASDAQ:ISEE), Intellia Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:NTLA), and Aura Biosciences Inc. (NASDAQ:AURA), marked three of the top five offerings in a month that saw six deals fail to break $20 million. ...
