J&J hires Sanofi’s Reed

John Reed is leaving Sanofi (Euronext:SAN; NASDAQ:SNY) as global head of R&D to become EVP of pharmaceuticals, R&D, at Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ), effective April 3. Reed takes over from William Hait, who has served as interim head of J&J’s pharmaceutical R&D organization since August. Sanofi CMO and Global Head of Development Dietmar Berger will take on Reed’s role on an interim basis.
Cancer play Zentalis Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:ZNTL) hired Iris Roth as COO. Roth joins from GlaxoSmithKline plc, where she was VP of medicine development leader. Previously she was COO of Kartos Therapeutics Inc., and VP, global medicine leader of AstraZeneca plc (LSE:AZN; NASDAQ:AZN)...
