Gandhi named CMO at NextPoint

Immuno-oncology play NextPoint Therapeutics Inc. hired Leena Gandhi as CMO. Gandhi, a 14-year veteran of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, was most recently director of the center for cancer therapeutic innovation. She also served as VP of immuno-oncology development at Eli Lilly and Co. (NYSE:LLY). 

Frank Mathias will become CEO and board member at Oxford BioMedica plc (LSE:OXB) on March 27; his start date was not announced when he was hired in November. Mathias has served as CEO of Rentschler Biopharma SE, a CDMO, since 2016.
