MorphoSys AG (NASDAQ:MOR; Xetra:MOR) said Lucinda Crabtree would succeed CFO Sung Lee by 3Q23. Crabtree was CFO at Autolus Ltd.

Rare genetic disease company Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. (NASDAQ:RARE) promoted Eric Crombez to CMO and EVP, effective May 1. Crombez, who is currently CMO for gene therapy and inborn errors of metabolism, succeeds Camille Bedrosian, who will remain as a strategic adviser to the company. ...
