New CFOs at Remix, Capstan

Two biopharmas announced new CFOs Wedesday, with Remix Therapeutics Inc. hiring Robert Gagnon and Capstan Therapeutics Inc. hiring Justin Thacker. Gagnon was CFO and operating partner of Gurnet Point Capital; Thacker was CFO of Aristea Therapeutics Inc. Remix is developing small molecules to reprogram RNA processing. Capstan debuted last September to create in vivo cell therapies.
Capstan also hired Jeffrey Pepe as general counsel. Pepe was interim CEO, general counsel and corporate secretary of Silverback Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:SBTX)...
