Kjems becomes CMO at Ocelot

End stage liver disease company Ocelot Bio Inc. hired Lise Kjems as CMO, succeeding founding Chief Scientific and Medical Officer Stan Bukofzer, who will continue as strategic adviser. Kjems was CMO at Cyclo Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:CYTH).

Cannabinoid therapies company RS BioTherapeutics Inc. hired Curtis Rhine as CFO. Rhine was CFO at Ovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. before that company was acquired by H.
