Most-active investors in European biotechs

Four of the most-active venture investors in European biotech over the past five years are funds with ties to pharma, including Novo Holdings, which holds the top spot. 

With more than $14 billion in life sciences investments at the end of 2022, Novo tops the list of most-active investors in private European biotechs during 2018-22. BioCentury ranked the investors by the number of investments they made during the period; Novo had 43.
