Alvin Luk named CEO of HuidaGene

CRISPR company HuidaGene Therapeutics Co. Ltd. named co-founder Alvin Luk CEO and a director. Luk was CEO of Wuhan Neurophth Biological Technology Co. Ltd., and has held roles at Spark Therapeutics Inc., Biogen Inc. (NASDAQ:BIIB) and Bayer AG (Xetra:BAYN).
Gavin MacBeath became permanent CEO and a board member at TScan Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:TCRX). MacBeath has served as acting CEO since David Southwell departed the company in March. He joined TScan as CSO in 2018 and added the role of COO in June 2022.
