Kramer retires from Emergent

Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (NYSE:EBS) named Haywood Miller as interim CEO following the retirement of Robert Kramer, who was also the company’s president. Miller is managing director at Berkeley Research Group and has advised Emergent for several months; Kramer will remain with the company as an adviser until Aug. 1.
