Billy Cho joins CBC as senior managing director

CBC Group hired Billy Cho as senior managing director of private equity and co-head of joint value creation, based in Hong Kong. Cho was most recently CFO of Zai Lab Ltd. (NASDAQ:ZLAB; HKEX:9688), where he was succeeded by SVP and deputy CFO Yajing Chen.
Jim Birchenough joined Barclays Capital Inc. as chairman of global healthcare investment banking and co-head of global biopharma investment banking.
