Mark McKenna named chairman at Apogee

Apogee Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:APGE) appointed Mark McKenna as chairman. McKenna was chairman, president and CEO of Prometheus Biosciences Inc., which was acquired this year by Merck & Co. Inc. (NYSE:MRK). Apogee is developing treatments for inflammatory and immunology indications including atopic dermatitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and raised $300 million in an IPO this year.

Rare disease company Amicus Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:FOLD) hired Simon Harford to succeed CFO Daphne Quimi, who will retire on Dec. 31. Harford was CFO at Albireo Pharma Inc., before it was acquired by Ipsen Group (Euronext:IPN; Pink:IPSEY). ...
