A team led by Ryan Lister at University of Western Australia and Jose Polo at Monash University published in Nature a reprogramming method, dubbed transient-naive-treatment (TNT), to epigenetically reset human induced pluripotent stem cells to an embryonic stem cell-like state. The method also improves differentiation.
