John Orwin named chairman at Cargo

Cargo Therapeutics Inc. expanded its board with the appointments of John Orwin as chairman, and David Lubner and Krishnan Viswanadhan as independent directors. Orwin is president and CEO of Atreca Inc. (NASDAQ:BCEL). Lubner serves on the boards of Arcellx Inc. (NASDAQ:ACLX), Dyne Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:DYN), Point Biopharma Global Inc. (NASDAQ:PNT) and Vor Biopharma Inc. (NASDAQ:VOR), and Viswanadhan is president and COO at Be Biopharma Inc. Lubner will chair the strategic finance and audit committee. Cargo is developing a CAR T cell therapy targeting CD22.
