The hiring by Arbor Biotechnologies Inc. of Ajim Tamboli, a CFO with public company experience and an IPO under his belt, could signal the company is readying to go public. Tamboli was CFO of Monte Rosa Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:GLUE), where he led private and public fund raises of over $465 million, including an upsized $255 million IPO in 2021. Crossovers backed Arbor in is 2021 series B round.
