Expanded role for Gaito at J.P. Morgan

As part of a realignment of J.P. Morgan’s investment banking group, Mike Gaito joins the firm’s global banking management team as global head of healthcare investment banking. With the move, Gaito, a 28-year veteran of J.P. Morgan, adds direct strategic and management responsibility for all regions of the firm’s global healthcare investment banking team.

Peptone Ltd. hired Patrik Foerch as CSO and named Chief Strategy Officer Benjamin Owens CBO and executive director of the board. Foerch was SVP, preclinical drug discovery at Sitryx Therapeutics Ltd. The company also appointed Andrew Allen, co-founder, president and CEO of Gritstone bio Inc. (NASDAQ:GRTS) as chair, and hired and David Lowe as SVP of protein therapeutics. Lowe was VP of research at Evox Therapeutics Ltd.
