Four drug companies signal plans to start IRA process

Four of the nine manufacturers of drugs CMS has selected for the first round of Medicare price negotiation have indicated that they plan to participate in the process. To participate in the program, companies must sign agreements with CMS by Oct. 1 and submit data packages by Oct. 2.
