Neurodegeneration company Asceneuron S.A. hired Barbara Angehrn Pavik as CEO. Angehrn Pavik takes over from co-founder, CEO and CSO Dirk Beher, who will become chief scientific adviser. She was CBO at Vifor Pharma Ltd., where she played a role in that company’s acquisition by CSL Ltd. (ASX:CSL).

Kite Pharma, part of Gilead Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ:GILD), hired Priti Hegde as SVP and global head of Kite research. Hegde was CSO of Foundation Medicine Inc. ...
