Allogene named Geoffrey Parker as CFO

CAR T therapy company Allogene Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:ALLO) hired Geoffrey Parker as EVP, CFO. Parker was COO, CFO and EVP of Tricida Inc., and held roles at Genentech Inc. for over a decade. 

Summit Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:SMMT), which is developing a bispecific mAb targeting PD-1 and VEGF to treat non-small cell lung cancer, hired Manmeet Soni as COO. Soni, who will remain a board member, was president, COO and CFO of Reata Pharmaceuticals Inc. Additionally, Summit promoted Dave Gancarz to chief business and strategy officer from SVP of stakeholder relations, business development and corporate strategy; Urte Gayko to chief regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance officer from head of regulatory, quality and safety; Fong Clow to chief biometrics officer from head of biometrics and clinical operations; and Allen Yang to CMO from head of R&D. ...
