eTheRNA names Sagaert CEO, Dekkers as chairman

mRNA and lipid-nanoparticle technology company eTheRNA immunotherapies N.V. named Bernard Sagaert CEO and board member Marijn Dekkers chairman. Sagaert has held several roles at the company, including COO, and became interim CEO in August 2022. Dekkers, who was CEO of Bayer AG (Xetra:BAYN) and Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (NYSE:TMO), is founder and chairman of Novalis Capital Partners, an investor in the company. The company also rebranded itself as etherna.
