Centerview Partners acted as an adviser to 64% of the biotechs acquired in $1B+ deals

Centerview had a busy year in M&A deals in 2023, advising the sellers in more than half of the $1 billion-plus biotech takeouts announced during the year.
Among the 28 acquisitions valued at $1 billion or more last year, Centerview Partners was an adviser to 18 of the acquired companies, with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC coming in second at six deals. BofA Securities and MTS Health Partners were advisers to four companies, and J.P. Morgan to three. ...
