Moeller named CEO of BenevolentAI

BenevolentAI S.A. (Euronext:BAI) named Joerg Moeller as CEO and appointed him to the company’s board. Moeller succeeds acting CEO François Nader, who will return to the role of independent non-executive chair. Moeller was previously EVP, head of global R&D at Leo Pharma A/S.

Orion Corp. (HSE:ORNAV; HSE:ORNBV) hired René Lindell as CFO, effective May 1. Lindell, who will join the Finnish pharma as executive adviser in April, was CFO at Rovio Entertainment Corp. He succeeds CFO Jari Karlson, who will retire on April 30. ...
