House select committee calls for sanctions against WuXi AppTec, WuXi Biologics

The House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party Monday requested that the Biden administration investigate two Chinese contract development and manufacturing organizations, WuXi AppTec and WuXi Biologics, alleging that the companies have close ties to the Chinese military and that they pose threats to U.S. intellectual property and national security.
