Upstream names new CEO, CFO and COO

Respiratory disease company Upstream Bio Inc. named Rand Sutherland CEO, Mike Gray CFO and COO, and Lisa Fiering as SVP of people and culture. Sutherland was CEO of Seeker Biologics, while Gray was CFO and COO at Carmot Therapeutics Inc., which was acquired by Roche (SIX:ROG; OTCQX:RHHBY). Fiering held several roles at Trillium Therapeutics Inc. and Rome Therapeutics Inc.
