Nadir Mahmood returning to Nkarta

Nadir Mahmood will return to Nkarta Inc. (NASDAQ:NKTX) this month as president. Mahmood previously joined Nkarta in 2018 as SVP, corporate development, becoming chief financial and business officer in 2020 before leaving to lead Rezo Therapeutics Inc. as CEO in 2023. Nkarta added that it broadened the role of CMO David Shook to include head of R&D. The company is developing CAR NK cells to treat cancer and autoimmune diseases.
