Rosenberg named CFO of BeiGene

Aaron Rosenberg will become CFO of BeiGene Ltd. (NASDAQ:BGNE; HKEX:6160; Shanghai:688235) on July 22, succeeding Julia Wang, who is departing the company in August to pursue external opportunities. Rosenberg was SVP finance at Merck & Co. Inc. (NYSE:MRK), which he joined in 2003.
President and CEO Remi Barbier and SVP, Neuroscience Lindsay Burns are leaving Alzheimer’s disease company Cassava Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ:SAVA), days after a federal grand jury indicted one of the company’s paid science advisers, Hoau-Yan Wang, for allegedly defrauding NIH.
