Murray joins Bioluminescence

Bioluminescence Ventures hired Campbell Murray as senior partner. Campbell was a general partner at Agent Capital, before which he spent more than 16 years at Novartis Venture Fund. Bioluminescence was founded by Kouki Harasaki and launched last November to invest in emerging biotech platforms. 

Terns Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:TERN) hired Elona Kogan as chief legal officer, and announced planned departures of COO Bryan Yoon and CFO Mark Vignola. Kogan was most recently CLO at Seer Inc. (NASDAQ:SEER). Yoon, who was COO and general counsel, will depart on Sept. 3. A search is ongoing for a successor to Vignola, who is anticipated to leave on Feb. 1, 2025. ...
