Lucas Montarce named Lilly CFO 

Lucas Montarce became EVP and CFO of Eli Lilly and Co. (NYSE:LLY), succeeding Anat Ashkenazi who left in July. Montarce joined the pharma in 2001 and was most recently president and general manager for the Spain, Portugal and Greece hub. 

TheRas Inc. named Yong Ben as chief medical and development officer. Ben was venture partner at Eight Roads Venture and acting CEO of AlphaGen Therapeutics, and CMO, solid tumors at BeiGene Ltd.
