Masashi Miyamoto to become chairman and CEO of Kyowa Kirin

President Masashi Miyamoto will become chairman and CEO of Kyowa Kirin Co. Ltd. (Tokyo:4151), and Chief International Business Officer Abdul Mullick will become president and COO, following approval at a shareholder meeting in March 2025. Additionally, the company said EVP and Chief Compliance Officer Yutaka Osawa will retire, effective the same month.
